Cannabis farms
I was woken this morning to the sound of braking glass as the police knocked down the door of a house 3 down from where I live. One person was lead away in handcuffs on speaking to the police I was informed that the house was being used to grow cannabis. This is the second time, this has happened in my road in the last two years. I was wondering how many other cannabis farms have been raided in New Malden

Farmers near Shrewsbury claim to have witnessed sheep being “lasered” by unidentified light from UFOs. They have linked the unexplained incidents, where sheep’s brains and eyes were removed, to the mysterious orange lights in the sky.
The Ministry of Defence will destroy all future UFO reports it receives so it does not have to make them public, a previously secret memo discloses.

Are there any abnormally large, or dangerous sea monsters hundreds of metres under the sea that haven't been revealed to the public? Being a marine biologist, it would be in the best interest of the public as our lives could be at risk.

THE first detailed study of Britain’s onshore wind farms suggests some treasured landscapes may have been blighted for only small gains in green energy. The analysis reveals that more than 20 wind farms produce less than a fifth of their potential maximum power output.
Like most solutions to problems, wind farms have been over-hyped. Although they should provide part of the solution amongst a range of energy producing options including nuclear.

From my own experience the problems come when Politian’s and single interest pressure groups miss-represent science to fit their own particular agendas. Having said that; scientists themselves are a reflection of society and may not always be as objective as they should.
I take the view that it is always best to look across the spectrum of scientific evidence and use this as the basis for making decisions rather, truth usually lying in the middle ground.

The bizarre invention looks like a standard loo roll during the day, but gives off a florescent glow when the lights are turned off.
The rolls were invented by Daniel Blackman, who works in product development for Thumbs Up, a gift company. The loo roll contains phosphors, which sustains a glow after exposure to energized particles such as light. The invention comes hot on the heels of Waitrose's cashmere loo roll, which claimed to offer the bottom line in comfort and went on sale earlier this month.
Only useful for camping or in power cuts

A flock of lambs were rounded up in New Malden yesterday, after they were stolen from a north Hampshire farm on Friday.
Thieves stole 50 two-week-old lambs from a farm in Upton Grey, near Basingtoke, from three separate sheep pens between 5.45pm on Friday and 7.45am on Saturday morning.
The Metropolitan Police found 44 of the lambs safe and well in New Malden.
New Malden is not your usal rural community but an outer London suburb where on earth would you put 50 lambs apart from the freezer
